This recipe calls for crespelle (crepes). You can make them according to the instructions. If you want to save time or if you are interested in a bit of variety, lasagne can be substituted with good results. Pasta di Festa is served by Tarcisio Raccagni at his Ristorante Gigole in the charming town of Brisighella, not far from Faenza in the province of Ravenna. This is an excellent example of la vera cucina romagnola (true cuisine of Romagna).
