Kouglhof

The kouglhof (which can also be spelled kougelhpf, kugelhopf, kuglhof, or the German gugelhupf) is a delicious Germanic brioche from the Alsace region of France. Alsace is the eastern-most region of France and the Alsatian peoples’ roots are largely mixed between German and French.
