These are so simple and so quick to make – and so much tastier to serve with drinks than the ubiquitous black pepper crisps. The combination of pungent, slightly herbaceous, green peppercorns and strong-tasting Parmesan works really well.

Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese 100 g/ oz, finely grated

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
