So called because I spend hours in the shop giving out recipe ideas, discussing ingredients and trying to solve culinary conundrums. One such frequent conversation would be subtitled ‘other uses for pomegranate paste’, and it invariably concludes with my pseudo-reluctant divulgence of my secret fish marinade. This will work equally well for swordfish, conger eel, halibut or salmon.
