Chirinee Keshmeshee (raisin sweets, usually with saffron) are one of the best selling biscuits that we import – they are very light melt-in-the-mouth-oh-alright-then-I’ll-just-have-one-more type of cookies. Try as I might, I have been unable to recreate exactly the same product here.
