Persian Pizzas

There are now so many Iranian pizzerias in London that this is a must. Of course, most of them just offer the ‘deep pan or crispy, Four Seasons or Hawaiian, coleslaw on the side’ type of menus, but one or two are starting to incorporate some decidedly Iranian touches, with delightful results.
