  • 1 cup (about 125 g) soaked raw nuts, seeds, or oats, drained and rinsed

Place the nuts, water, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. This takes about 1 minute in a high-speed blender, up to 3 minutes in a regular blender. Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Store your milk in a bottle or jar with a lid in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up 5 days. Shake before using.
