Abbie: This is a gorgeous, grown-up version of strawberry milk. Rosewater is a natural mood enhancer, so just a few sips of this pretty pink drink will make you feel soothed and satisfied.


  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened cashew milk
  • 4 strawberries, hulled


In a high-speed blender, combine the milk, strawberries, vanilla, honey, and rosewater, and blend, starting on low and bringing it up to high speed, until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve in a glass over ice and drizzle with a bit more honey.
