Our favorite superfood seed is at it again. This chia pudding has all of the sweet and spicy flavor of carrot cake, but is made with ingredients that give you a nourishing start to your morning. It’s the perfect thing to throw together before bed. When you wake up, you can just add your toppings and go. We use a vegetable peeler to make the carrot ribbons, which makes it easy and pretty, just how we like it.
