Jacq: The first time I tried a dish flavored with curry powder, I was eighteen years old in London. There was an immediate realization that there was a world of flavors that I had yet to explore. This recipe is an easy way to evoke that feeling. Serve it with Roasted Curried Cauliflower with Raisins and Pine Nuts, simple sautéed spinach, and steamed brown rice.
