Abbie: Eating seafood, let alone cooking it, is still a relatively new experience for me. One of the things I’ve loved about working on this book is recipe testing Jacq’s creations in my own home. The first fish taco I ever ate was from this recipe, and boy, was it awesome! There’s something about the taste of the sea in the flaky fish and the crunchy lightness of the cabbage and radishes with the Avocado-Lime Cream that make you instantly feel like you’re on vacation by the ocean.
