This recipe has all of the bright lemony and herbal flavors of the classic Middle Eastern salad with an extra dose of cruciferous magic. We’ve swapped out the traditional bulgur wheat for cauliflower, which adds an impressive array of phytonutrients without sacrificing taste. A traditional component of the mezze plate, tabouli also makes a vibrant addition to bowls, wraps, and salads.
