Abbie: I’m crazy about caviar; it’s one of my favorite delicacies. This is a really fun, fast, and fancy recipe to serve for a cocktail party, brunch, or as an hors d’oeuvre before your guests sit down to eat. You don’t have to go all out on buying expensive caviar, as these little guys taste just as good with an affordable caviar. The peewee potatoes are adorably cute and make for a perfect bite-size treat filled with a little pop of sophisticated yumminess inside.
