Chocolate Piecrust

Looks can be deceiving with this piecrust. You might think you are filling a big chocolate cookie, but it’s actually not very sweet. Not every filling makes a good partner (I tried pumpkin, and the results were not very tasty), but I do like this filled with Vanilla or Coffee Pudding Cream and topped with Whipped Cream.
