I like this combination of fruits because they taste great and look very pretty together. Both are fairly watery, though, so bake and serve this on the same day. It won’t hold that well overnight.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and position racks in the middle and at the top of the oven.
  2. If you’re using frozen peaches, thaw them completely and drain off all the liquid. Place the peaches in a large, heavy-bottomed pot.
