Blueberry Cobbler

Way before I opened my first bakery, I volunteered at a few cooking classes—that’s where I learned this simple recipe. After you’ve made this cobbler once or twice you’ll be familiar enough with the recipe that you won’t even need to measure. Immediately after this dish is pulled from the oven, the juices bubble rapidly and make the most pleasant sound.
