Apple Lasagna

One of my good friends and longtime colleagues at CakeLove brought me this recipe. Cynthia is known for working all day at CakeLove, then turning right around and catering events for her friends and family. She’s always combing the culinary landscape for what’s new and unusual. This is one of her favorite surprises, and it gets rave reviews wherever she brings it. Any lasagna noodle will work here—no boil or the traditional type.
