  • 200 g (7 oz) peeled and washed fresh peas
  • 80 ml (

Method

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the lid on. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, place in a food processor and blend. Season with salt and pepper and then pass the mixture through a fine-mesh stainless-steel sieve.
