Preserved Oranges

• oranges
• table salt
• orange juice

Quarter the oranges but leave them joined at the stem end. Pack the oranges in a sterilized jar with table salt. Completely cover the oranges with orange juice. Seal and place in a warm, dry place for 1 month before using.
