Soy Mirin Dressing

  • 50 ml ( fl oz) soy sauce
  • 200 ml (7

Method

To make the soy mirin dressing, combine the soy sauce, mirin and ginger in a small saucepan and bring just to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Allow to cool and refrigerate in an airtight container.
