Chicken, dipped in pimped mayonnaise and spiced breakfast cereal, is finding its way into many a kitchen across the globe, but it’s a guilty pleasure. Not a recipe you would put into words and admit to.
I added the words ‘cumin’, ‘thyme’ and ‘paprika’ in an attempt, not just to give this shameless act of poultry rubbling a veneer of grace, but because they make these knobbly, garish goujons utterly delicious.
