These nutty little dipping balls rely quite heavily on the dipping sauce partners to bring them to full life. Not many recipes involve the blitzing of cooked rice to a paste. It can cause a little panic but go with it. Usually when I scan a recipe, I can see the area of the world it came from by certain iconic ingredients. The soy and ginger would have made you think China, but the ground coriander is a confusion.
