A molluscian Fisher-Price activity centre of a dish to construct and to eat … but boy is it worth it! It shames me that in Turkey these works of dark, gleaming, fragrant art are common waterfront ‘street food’.
It puts our pasty in a paper bag to shame. The Turkish enjoy this dish served cold and brush the shells with a little oil to give them a dark, beckoning glint.
