The insatiable appeal of Thai food never fails to stagger me.
I have a local Thai all-you-can-gorge-on buffet. There, I regularly put away my own weight in sticky rice, in the manner of a Mrs Ko Samui Creosote. As I attempt to stagger home, past the afterthought of a dessert refrigerator, these coconut creamed diamonds of Bangkok wink suggestively at me … just a wafer-thin moment later and I’m back at the table.
