The sherbet is an Eastern quick-cooling fix. It is a rich, luxurious drink that is chilled and served over ice to ameliorate the bulk blow. I find rice milk lightens the sweet density. The rhubarbraspberry flavours of the hibiscus, along with the sharp prod of the lime, give the palate plenty to think about after a light summertime meal.
