This is a great way to add a ton of flavor to a sauce without cooking down huge batches of tomato sauce forever. It’s easy and will make any room it’s cooked in smell incredible. It always reminds me of walking into the kitchen with Sunday sauce going. Add a little to basic tomato sauce for increased depth of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 15 to 20 cloves garlic, peeled, or about 50 grams
  • 1 sprig rosemary

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
