Supreme Pan Pizza

What makes a pizza supreme? A combination of toppings from Veggie Lover’s and Meat Lover’s pies—more than one meat and at least one veggie. The most classic Supreme is sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives. I think you need to pull back a bit so it’s not overloaded. I do sausage, pepperoni, onions, olives, and peppers. But a Supreme still has to be somewhat supreme! I do a version at General Assembly in Toronto called the Supreme Leader with tomato, aged mozzarella
