These herbs work in balance together on pizza —they have Italian roots, they’re traditionally used in a lot of dishes, and their combination in this oil is something you can add to many dishes.

Ingredients

  • 220 grams (1 cup) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10 leaves sage

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the olive oil, sage, rosemary, and thyme. When the oil begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let cool.
