This is all the best flavors of Sicily in one pizza topping. Put this on the Sicilian dough and you’ll have a delicious Sicilian pizza, focaccia, grandma pie, or whatever you want to call it. And it’s easy. Sicilian anchovy fillets (a classic pantry staple of Sicilian food), onions (plentiful and cheap), breadcrumbs (from our sourdough breadcrumbs), some really good olive oil, garlic, and, crucially, wild Sicilian oregano.
