Italians have a wonderful relationship with the pig, as you can see from all the delicious meats they produce such as prosciutto, pancetta, cotechino, salami, pepperoni, coppa, and Parma ham. They also make some of the best sausages in the world, especially the pork and fennel, which is my favorite.
