  • 250g anchovies
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 25cl

Method

Do not drain the oil from the anchovies. Process with the garlic. Add the olive oil gradually.

Spread on toast, fried bread, hard-boiled eggs, raw vegetables, etc. Then there are stuffed tomatoes and courgettes.
