  • 500g chicken livers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion


Fry the diced onion and garlic gently, then turn up the heat and add the trimmed chicken livers till they are coloured – about 3 minutes. Process them. Add first the cream, then the wine. Watch out: don’t let it get too liquid.
