  • 300g arborio rice
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method

When the rice has been cooking for about 15 minutes add the Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses. It may be necessary to increase the amount of stock.

Five minutes from the end of cooking, stir in cream.

Put it into a buttered gratin dish. Sprinkle the top with Pecorino. Cook in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
