  • 100g salers or laguiole or comté
  • 100g pecorino romano or parmesan


Grate the cheeses. Lightly oil a baking tray. Form the cheese, which should be adhesive, into wafer-like discs 8cm diameter, 2mm deep. Blitz in a hot oven for 4 minutes.
