Method

Leave the cheese in its box. Make some incisions on top. Pour in white wine or eau de vie or even sake. Cook for 35 minutes at 200°C. Exceptionally, do not peel the potatoes. Toss in olive oil and bake them in their skins. Slice them in half longways. Di
