  • 150g gruyère, grated
  • 100g


Heat oven to 180°C. Sift the flour and yeast into a bowl. Stir in the eggs and the olive oil. Add the olives, cheese and pepper. Mix well. Butter a loaf tin thoroughly, then add the mix. Cook for 45 mins. Cool before serving.
