Chop all the fruits into small pieces. Put in a non-reactive bowl. Pour over the fruit a bottle of sweet wine (Loupiac, Cadillac, Monbazillac) and half a bottle of eau de vie (kirsch, mirabelle, poire). The fruit should be covered by the liquid. Leave to steep for 2 weeks.
