  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Method

Grilled Sourdough Bread

Slice bread into 1-inch-thick slices. Brush olive oil on both sides of the bread and sprinkle with salt. Grill bread using a grill pan, or place under the broiler until crisp and toasted. Flip bread halfway through to toast both sides.
