  • 3 cups filtered warm water
  • ¼ cup sea salt

Method

Brine

Stir together all ingredients until fully combined.

Roasted Cauliflower

In a medium bowl, place the cauliflower and the brine and put the bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours, making sure the cauliflower is fully covered.

Remove the cauliflower from the brine and shake off any excess liq
