  • 4 cups garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method

Chickpea Frittata Batter

Whisk together all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a separate bowl. Mix the 2 together. Use 4 ounces of batter for each frittata. Cook in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat, for 4 minutes, flipping halfway, until both sides are golden brown.
