This is an overnight oats/chia pudding hybrid that takes only minutes to assemble. All the work is done in the fridge while you sleep. If I have time, I jazz it up like you see in the pictures, but otherwise I put it in a mason jar and go! Berries give a nice pop of color, sweetness, and nutrition.

  • cups gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats

Method

Preparation

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, berries, and cinnamon to a large container with a lid. Add the milk, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using). Stir, cover, and keep in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning stir, add more milk if desired, divide among bowls, and garnish with optional toppings. If you prefer warm oats, you can warm a portion on the stove o
