A healthy, oil-free granola (that’s also affordable) is often hard to find—believe me, I’ve looked everywhere! Fortunately, it’s so easy to make your own. This is a lightly sweetened, loose granola baked on low heat that I always have on hand to add to smoothie bowls and chia puddings or to have as a snack. Remember that granola won’t be crunchy when it’s first removed from the oven but will harden as it cools.
