This is a classic muffin (my mom’s favorite), just reinvented. Cranberries are rich in phytonutrients and are lower in sugar than most fruit but are generally passed over for other berries. Here, their tartness combines with oats, orange juice, and tahini to make a delicious low-sugar muffin. For an extra special touch and a little hint of elegance, add fresh chopped rosemary!
