Mini Buckwheat Bagels

Nonstick silicone donut pans have inspired some fun creations in my kitchen, but these bagels have completely changed how I do brunch! The exact size of your donut pan is important for this recipe. I use 3-inch donut pans with ¼- to ½-inch donut holes. These are popular and widely available. Each pan has six donut molds. If your dimensions are different, fill each donut mold until the batter is flush with the pan’s surface. Different donut pans will require different baking times.
