A truly healing soup starring anti-inflammatory ginger, turmeric, garlic, and cauliflower. The flavor-enhancing ingredient is roasted garlic, and even though 15 cloves seems like a lot, once roasted, the garlic mellows and imparts incredible flavor. This is a hydrating pureed soup that I make whenever I’m feeling under the weather. For a more filling version, add beans, grains, or greens.
