Yeah, we do taco night! I wasn’t trying to imitate the classic taco, but I have to admit that these tacos taste like the original. Tempeh mixed with spices and salsa makes for a chunky, hearty, and flavorful filling. Easy to make and you can use whatever taco shell you like—corn or brown rice tortilla or sturdy lettuce leaves. Serve these with a side salad or Tahini Caesar for the best #tacotuesday ever!
