  • cups cooked or canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ripe avocado, pit removed, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Add the chickpeas to a large bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until most of the chickpeas are broken up. You can leave some whole for extra texture.
