Perfect for snacks or a light dessert, these bliss balls have no added sugar and are rich in anti-inflammatory compounds. The lemon zest and juice combine to make these bliss balls bright and slightly tart.

  • cups gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 packed cup pitted, soft Medjool dates

Method

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients, except for rolling garnish, in a food processor and process until the mixture is well combined and the dates are broken up. The mix should stick together when you squeeze it between your fingers. Add water, a couple of teaspoons at a time, and process again to combine if the mix isn’t sticking together.
  2. Scoop out about
