- 1 cup Hempseed Milk (homemade for fat content) or full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Method
- Combine the Hempseed Milk, apple cider vinegar, and salt and stir. Allow to curdle for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the milk mixture with the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes on high.
- Pour the mixture into a stick mold or any shape tub and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Keeps for up to 1 month in the fr
