3 cups chopped fresh young green jackfruit, or two (14-ounce) cans, drained and pulled
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pull the jackfruit apart with a fork. It will pull apart in strands.
Toss the jackfruit with the red onion, safflower oil, liquid smoke, salt, and pepper.
